Shipping Policy

We know you want your gear fast.

That’s why we process and ship orders within 1 business day.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that shipping time estimates begin after your order has been processed.


Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at alex@goaliesmith.com.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at alex@goaliesmith.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Delays

While we ship within 1 business day, delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes are outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

  2. Then email us at alex@goaliesmith.com with your order number.
